Once a good build of surfacer is built up, the block sanding process begins. Messy as all hell not to mention dangerous to your health! |
The car is dusted with graphite powder and block sanded multiple times to get a dead flat surface. We started this in Oct and were just now finishing up (mar 05). |

After a few blocking sessions we can see low spots and areas of bare metal. These get epoxy and then another coat of poly. |
